This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tradeopsconsulting.com (the “Site”), submit a form, book a call, or opt in to receive communications from us, and how we use, share, and safeguard that information.

TradeOps Consulting is a home services marketing and operations consulting agency. We help HVAC, plumbing, and other home service companies — and the private equity firms that own them — modernize their marketing, sales, and operational systems.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you fill out a form, book a call, request an audit, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

- Phone number (mobile and/or landline)
- Company name and website
- Job title or role
- Information you provide about your business, goals, and challenges
- Any messages, comments, or attachments you send us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect:

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC Disclosure)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4.1 Program Description
TradeOps Consulting operates an SMS (text message) program to communicate with prospects, leads, and clients who opt in to receive text messages from us. Messages may include:
- Appointment and audit booking confirmations and reminders
- Follow-up on a request you submitted on our Site or with our team
- Account, service, and onboarding updates
- Promotional offers, content, and announcements (only if you opt in to marketing messages)
4.2 How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from TradeOps Consulting by:
- Submitting your phone number through a form on our Site and checking a consent box
- Replying to a verification text we send
- Providing verbal or written consent during a call, email, or meeting
- Texting our published business number with a message that constitutes consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from TradeOps Consulting at the number you provided, including messages delivered via automated dialing systems.
4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per week depending on your stage in our process and the conversations you are engaged in with our team.
4.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for details on your plan.
4.5 Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you any additional SMS messages. If you want to receive messages again, you can sign up as you did the first time.

4.6 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Google Voice) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.7 SMS Data Sharing Restriction (Required Disclosure)
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver and support our own messaging program.
We may share limited information with subprocessors who help us deliver SMS messages on our behalf (for example, our messaging platform or CRM provider). These subprocessors are bound by contract to use the information only to provide messaging services to us and may not use it for their own marketing.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: With vendors who help us operate the Site and deliver services (hosting, CRM, email and SMS platforms, analytics, scheduling, payment processing). These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to perform services for us.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TradeOps Consulting, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

As stated in Section 4.7, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email)
- Opt out of SMS messages (text STOP)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Request a copy of your information in a portable format

10.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
10.2 European / UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
